Post number 300. It's slow, I know. Gahh.

Anyway, for the first time in my entire school career, I overslept on the bus. Overslept. I couldn't believe it when I woke up with a jerk and looked out of the window, only to see the words 'Katong Convent' before rushing out of my seat and getting off the stop.

Seeing from the fact that I almost never sleep on a bus if I can help it, I am probably just too tired from yesterday night's struggle to finish my work.

Lessons were okay today, considering how short Thursdays are. Heh heh. I probably was wasting a bit of time before I went for training, but no matter. Time is meant to be spent in one way or another.

In a bit of trouble keeping awake during school now. Hope it doesn't worsen tomorrow.

To tell the truth, I was a bit scared of Razr this evening.

Stressed. Stressed. Stressed. Stressed. Stressed.

Stressed!

Bahh. ):

Monday, January 28, 2008 || 9:34 PM

This seems ambitious, but I will be aiming for perfect pitch.

Bahh. I thank my 'angel' who mentioned this term. (:

Sunday, January 27, 2008 || 9:03 PM

Gahh. What a serious disappointment at today's shoot.

Performed at least 10 points below par this morning. I'm surprised I haven't got a walloping by myself yet. Bahh.

How frustrating.

Saturday, January 26, 2008 || 10:05 PM

Damn. I feel so unprepared for tomorrow's shoot.

But ah well, at least I'm quite happy I found Razr's almost-true potential in the nick of time. Whoo.

Now, I wonder how to tide over the next few days with a seemingly tight schedule. ):

Friday, January 25, 2008 || 9:30 PM

With my pistol showcasing its almost-true potential at the selection-trials-for-NTU-Shoot-conducted-by-no-one this morning, I hereby give it the name:

Razr.

Yeah, I know. Same name of the phone, but I couldn't think of anything else that could display its pinpoint precision. Thank you so very much, Razr. It took me almost half a year to understand you and know you better. Haha!

Okay, I have nothing to do again. ):

La la la~

La la la~

La la la la la la la~

I can't believe this thing here actually makes me go to sleep.

I like orientation for the year 1 Air Rifle-ers today. Whee.

I really love the 'Tank' game. Lol! I was the 'commander' of a 4-person human train, and all of them were blindfolded, carrying a water bomb each. There were 4 teams all around the parade squad.

My team just had a hilarious time imitating military commands, 'Left, Right!' all the way, calling for a halt, telling to turn 45 degrees to their left after walking some time, because another 2 teams were there, and imitating the Cyrus after-cheer, but modifying it to 'We throw at you ah!'. And all our bombs just went out to them. Whoohoo. Cheryl's team was eliminated by us.

Oh, and I made an incredible 10-15 metre water bomb shot that hit Pandora even when I wasn't aiming at anything in particular. (: I bet Pandora is getting depressed somewhere now, she was so humiliated.

On a separate note, can someone lend me a registration form for Musicfest for photocopying? Gahh.

Tuesday, January 22, 2008 || 8:57 PM

Why am I so not happy, and so not sad at the same.

Bahh. I think it must be globalisation.

Monday, January 21, 2008 || 10:16 PM

I honestly don't wish to worry anymore.

Sunday, January 20, 2008 || 10:00 PM

I just happened to find out that my mortal and I go to the same place every Sunday.

And at the same time.

Saturday, January 19, 2008 || 8:46 PM

Oh yeah, OG barbecue yesterday was quite a lot of fun. Or maybe it was the pre-OG barbecue period that was exceedingly fun. Lol!

Ivanescence gathered at the canteen at about 5.45pm, because certain people like Chee How has 3rd period PE (which is really pointless), and not to mention ongoing lessons such as Andrew because of TSD. Whoohoo. Moved to Parkway to develop photos for OGLs, with Sabrina and Ernest 'fighting' with one another and Sabrina dumping her shoe bag to me. Haha!

The ride on 135 was really fun. Our whole group became extremely ki-siao and laughed like crazy over random things like making up Chinese names and the core-gossip-topic-of-Ivanescence-which-cannot-be-exposed -or-else-we-die. Almost everybody thinks that I have become severely mental over the course of 3 short weeks.

3 weeks ago, on the first day of OG (According to Sabrina) :

3 weeks later, yesterday, at the OG barbecue (According to Sabrina) :

Okay, you people are probably laughing at those retarded photos. But it's true! Lol.

Photos were developed within the hour at some random shop. I went to buy some bread at Four Leaves because I wasted all my energy reserves laughing like a madman on the 135. Gahh. Took off to Mcdonald's to fit the photos into the frames I got from Ikea last week.

It was really windy at that point of time, almost all the papers and pieces of plastic we had put on the table came to the ground in seconds. People like Ignatius ate dinner there because we probably wouldn't stand a chance of getting food there at ECP. Novia was such a joke, she bought eat-in fries for Chee How when he distinctly said take-away. Haha!

Took another bus back to Mandarin Gardens, and met Elizabeth. The whole group of us had to walk all the way to pit 43 on the other side. Along the way, Ignatius and Ernest resumed 'fighting' with Sabrina by stepping on each other's shoes. Sabrina had to run all the way in front of the group to avoid them. Lolololololololol.

The walking seemed like nothing. Reached the pit in a matter of minutes. The bulk of Ivanhoe was already there. Ernest blasted the volleyball he brought there for entertainment the very first minute he put down his bag, and it ended getting stuck in some random coconut tree. What the hell. Tried bringing it down with a brick but didn't work.

Sat down by the beach and talked lots of crap again. We managed to get some barbecued food for the group, although the snacks seemed to make up the majority of our dinner. Lol. The wind was fairly strong as well, seeing from the fact that the volleyball suddenly dropped down from the tree when we were halfway eating. (:

Gave the photos to the 2 OGLS who were present, Elizabeth and Joseph. Aaron was having a debates competition at that time while Gabriel was probably busy with *erhem*. Tsk.

I got bullied by Ernest, Ignatius, Tina, Sabrina, Jingying...... Practicaly the entire group, about the core-gossip-topic-of-Ivanescence-which-cannot-be-exposed -or-else-we-die! Boohoohoo! Felt ever so heartbroken. ):

I had to leave the group at 9.50pm as they went to McDonald's for supper (because I had to sleep at 10 but was extended till slightly later because my mum allowed me to ): ) Sabrina was nice enough to hum some random lullaby which didn't sound like anything I heard of anywhere in the world too. Lol.

It's great being in Ivanescence. So full of shit, yet so full of joy. Whee.

Looking forward to more OG outings in the year to come. Ivanescence, don't leave VJC!!!

There's a river inside every single one of us.

And it always starts out calm.

Wednesday, January 16, 2008 || 9:44 PM

Bahh.

This world needs a bit more getting together.

So many stories of so many people, so many chapters for just one person, so many paragraphs about that person's life, so many ''The End''s to the person's story.

I'll start writing one for myself.

That doesn't have a "The End" to it.

Tuesday, January 15, 2008 || 9:43 PM

I probably won't stand a chance in getting into CT Council with the provisional CT Rep. and assistant CT Rep. in place.

But there's no harm trying, no?

|| 8:04 PM

Sometimes, not speaking is the best option out.

Monday, January 14, 2008 || 8:20 PM

Sian of everything.

Sunday, January 13, 2008 || 8:52 PM

Have you ever seen 2 middle-aged women on the train standing in the centre of the train quickly noticing that there were 2 seats being vacated by others (because they had to get off), hastily squeezing through a bunch of people, and promptly muttering in Hokkien under their breath because two men beat them to it fair and square?

I did. What a shame.

In any case, today was just another terrible day. I don't want to speak of it.

Saturday, January 12, 2008 || 6:53 PM

I think I am becoming a fag someday.

I just can't wake up early on weekends, can I? Even when the alarm clock rings, I just have to shut it up and go back to sleep again. What the hell.

Waited with Jun Han for bus 31 this morning for nearly half an hour. Good grief. By the time we reached, Kwan Wei was already at the bus stop waiting to get home. o.O

Didn't get to train today because all the lanes were taken by the rifle people. Super sian.

In overall, today could have been much better.

Thursday, January 10, 2008 || 9:23 PM

I am so damn tired, I can stay up all night falling asleep.

Wednesday, January 09, 2008 || 9:30 PM

JC life is getting a bit boring. And sort of a pain. I really don't know.

Lessons are more or less okay, but I would prefer IP lessons, fixed in a classroom. The moving around just makes me feel really tired. Getting sick of this arrangement by the day.

Collected orientation shirts at long last after like 1 week? Supposed to have 2, but one of them was out of stock, so I only have 1 for now. Hurhur.

Air rifle meeting at 3pm today. Talked about expectations and trials again. And PT. Hate it when I had PE just this morning. Bahh.

Shopping at Ikea in the evening. How nice of Esmond's mum to give Cheryl, Jun Han and I a lift there. Had dinner and shopped for some stuff we needed for trials and what not.

Bahh. I get tired really easily. And this is probably one of the times where despair and fatigue grips me.

Tuesday, January 08, 2008 || 8:51 PM

Not a very good first day at school. One core difference would be the absence of the home classrooms. Bahh. I don't know how the IP3s last year could take it. ):

Lessons and breaks for the longest time today. All the way till 5.25pm. Even 3rd period PE was a total waste of time. What the hell.

Bahh. I just can't find a reason to stay high as before anymore.

Too bad for me, I guess.

Monday, January 07, 2008 || 9:19 PM

I realised I have a white spectacle mark across my entire face from Sea Regatta today. What the hell.

Bahh. The event could have gotten more fun if dunking was allowed. Apparently the teachers thought safety was the best policy. A bit too much. Lol. but all of us got wet in the end anyway, playing in the water, carrying people to the waterside, but not forcibly throwing them into the water, but instead laying them on the ground and rolling them into the sea. o.O

Crazy weather. Was so damn scorching. I am already surprised the heat didn't blow a hole in shorts already.

Air Rifle meeting after that. Daniel forgot that there was one today. Good grief. Esmond took charge and talked about the trials coming up.

So-called OG outing today. Everyone was like wondering why I get high when the conversation drifts to her. What the hell?! I am also very high during normal conversations can? Lol!

Sunday, January 06, 2008 || 1:49 PM

Ivanhoe wins! Bahahaha. And I thought Osiris was the champion when their mascot went on stage to sit on the 'throne', until Yirui comes up and fights with him and beats him down. Lol!

Anyway, in overall, orientation was more or less quite fun. Playing stupid games, talking lots of crap with each other, making new friends, knowing more about 2H'05 (DHS) from Chee How. Hahaha.

Oh, mass dance at Suntec City yesterday night was really mind-blowing. It rained halfway through the process, but simmered down quite a bit when all of us chanted 'Rain, rain, go away!'. Pure magic.

Got nothing much to say nowadays. I am dead beat. Seems like it's au revoir to 12 hours of sleep a day. ):

Thursday, January 03, 2008 || 9:55 PM

I feel more energised for the whole of the day today. Possibly due to the fact that Ivanhoe is getting more and more optimistic and cheering whenever the chance arises. Lol.

Anyway, it's a bit frustrating to know that we are learning the mass dances like all over again. Like, gahh. I so want to learn so many other new things this year.

Perspired a lot today, I daresay. The cold weather didn't do anything to help. Though it wasn't supposed to. But where the hell was the wind anyway?

Had an OG dinner at Cafe Cartel along Siglap this evening. Got to know more people much better. Chee How remembers my name through Sheng Siong Supermarket, while Sabrina and Jingyin got it through grass jelly.

Bahh. Lol.

Wednesday, January 02, 2008 || 9:24 PM

Whoopee. School starts.

Orientation wasn't as fun as it was 2 years ago, but still quite manageable more or less. At least they still make stupid videos about the theme of the orientation. We are 'Knights' this time round. Lol.

Ivanhoe's the name of my OG. All the people from V14 were like sniggering and looking for Ivan at the 'special' IP3 session in the LT today and asking if he was in Ivanhoe. Lolololol.

It's the first day, so there wasn't a lot of activity and stuff. People meeting people, people becoming friends, people remembering each other's names and all those things. Many people I met, many people whom I have spoken and not spoken to. Blah.

Late dismissal today. Close to 7. Wanted to go to KFC after a week of not being there. I managed to find a couple of people to give the 麦芽糖 I got from Taiwan to. Practically all the girls went all hyper over the heads of cartoon characters that made up the candy. o.O

Anyway, can someone please explain how my parents and my brother ended up in the exact KFC I went to this evening and ate dinner at the exact time I entered the restaurant, with the fact that I didn't ask them to go there at all, and the fact they have a grudge against fast food?

Tuesday, January 01, 2008 || 7:34 PM

C'est 2008, tout le monde.

Taiwan trip wasn't really as fun as I expected it to be. A bad end to 2007.

And it hasn't been a really good start this year either. Bahh.

I just want to get to school tomorrow. Seriously.
